2.4 Verification Process
7i77 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. Your password should be difficult to guess — create it using a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
3.1 Unauthorized Access
If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify the 7i77 support team immediately. The Member is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. Multiple family members may use separate accounts from the same device or network, but this is subject to verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Transaction Responsibility
The Member must ensure that the mobile banking account used for deposits is registered in their own name. Transactions using a third party's account are prohibited, and funds may be cancelled in such cases.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more applies the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each Member may claim each promotion only once.
- Withdrawing the original deposit while a bonus is still active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- 7i77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus promotion or discontinue a promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
Members can progress through 7i77's three-tier VIP program based on their activity. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Cashback is added automatically and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
7i77 believes in fair play. The outcome of all games on the Platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. If any Member or group attempts to manipulate results, their account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a software or server error, that round will be cancelled and bets will be refunded. In any situation caused by a technical error, 7i77's decision is final.
6.3 Sports Betting
The events and markets available in the sports betting section may change from time to time. If an event is cancelled or changed, the related bet will be cancelled and the funds returned. 7i77 is not responsible for any technical disruption to live streams.

Limitation of Liability

Service Suspension and Account Closure
11.1 Closure by 7i77
7i77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions
- Evidence of fraud or manipulation
- Suspicious money laundering activity
- Evidence of providing false information
11.2 Closure by the Member
Any Member may request the closure of their account at any time. If there are any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements at the time of the request, these must be settled in accordance with the terms. If there is a valid balance in the account, it may be withdrawn before closure.
Changes to Terms and Effectivity
7i77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
